From Highways England:

As part of the ongoing works please see below planned closures for next week. Work will involve routine tunnel maintenance including electrical checks, tunnel wash down and crack sealing repairs and painting.

We will also have the following overnight closures in place next week.

• Monday 8 March 2021 for five nights the southbound tunnel will be closed with contraflow in place on the northbound tunnel.

• Sunday 14 March 2021 full closure to the northbound tunnel between 9pm to 6am, a clearly signed diversion will be in place in both directions via, A325, B3004, A31, A31 Hogs Back. We will also have a signed diversion from Petersfield via A32, A32 and A272

Please note we have future closures planned and will update you weekly, and that the works may be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll advertise closure on yellow signs placed in advance alongside the road.
